ATTENTION: TRANSPORTABLE LIMITS FOR SMALL CITY SCHOOL DISTRICTS

Bus Transportation for elementary students (K-4) is ONLY for those who live more than 3/4 mile away from school, intermediate students (5-6) ONLY who live more than 1 mile away from school and middle/high school student (7-12) ONLY who live more than 1.5 miles away from school. 

PLEASE NOTE that your child might be eligible for transportation one level (elementary, intermediate, middle/high school) but not the next as they move up in grade levels. 

BABYSITTING/CUSTODY transportation requests should be filled out completely and sent via mail to the address listed above. To determine eligibility, please read the Rules for Babysitting/Custody Approval at the top of the form BEFORE sending in the request. The form is available in the upper left hand corner of this page.
