I am a Resource/Consultant Special Education Teacher at Knickerbocker Elementary!

My name is Mrs. Nowalk. I attended SUNY Oneonta and received a bachelor’s degree in English. I went on and received my Master's degree in Childhood and Special Education from Touro College. I taught at Central Valley Central School District as a Special Education Teacher for seven years. I relocated to the North Country in June of 2014. This is my eighth year teaching at Watertown City School District and I am looking forward to another successful year!
